"ON YOUR TOES" The Hannah Welker Memorial Tournament September 27 - 28, 2008 brought to you by JESA Soccer Academy and NV/San Jose Thunder The “On Your Toes” Hannah Welker Memorial Tournament is held in memory of Hannah Welker, a NV San Jose Thunder player who lost her life in an automobile accident on July 2o, 2008 on the way home from a tournament. The goal of this event is to memorialize a player who loved the game, and to inspire both youth and adults to remember how precious life is and what a privilege it is to play the beautiful game of soccer. This US Club Soccer sanctioned event is open to all division 1 and division 3 boys and girls teams U10-U19. Tournament details follow:
Hosted in the North Valley area of San Jose, this event is destined to offer an awesome tournament experience with great competition, top referees, and lots of fun!

1.) Call 1-800-EMBASSY and ask for the "On Your Toes" group rate 2.) Go to www.milpitassiliconvalley.embassysuites.com - Enter dates on the first screen, next screen scroll down to Group/Convention code and enter "oyt" then follow the steps.
CHECK IN Please logon to Gotsport, where you registered, and update your roster online. By doing so we can provide preprinted game cards and you do not have to write anything at the time of check-in. As a precaution, because some won't update their rosters online, please bring four pre-printed stickers with your roster or be prepared to write your roster on four game cards at check-in.
*** Coaches/managers please check to make sure you have the correct email in Gotsport (where you registered) because we have received some emails and phone calls stating people have not received notification or update emails. Also, please check your SPAM mail because some of the notifications have been going to peoples SPAM folder.
